Kapha Tea

Ginger and other aromatic spices such as saffron and cardamom make this hot and spicy tea into a tasty reviving drink. It is especially good in cold, wet weather in spring. Particularly refreshing with lemon.

Directions

Pour 1/4 of boiling water onto 1 Teabag and leave to brew for about 5 minutes. Once cooled down to body temerature add some honey and lemon according to your taste.
